1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment method details — is strictly prohibited. sh8888 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, sh8888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances including any pending bonus funds, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person. sh8888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which can be done via the account settings section of your sh8888 dashboard. sh8888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sh8888 accepts deposits from Pakistan players via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a specific crypto method is used, in which case conversion rates will be clearly displayed in your sh8888 account at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your sh8888 PKR balance instantly or within a very short processing period. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. sh8888 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond sh8888's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. sh8888 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your sh8888 account dashboard. sh8888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, subject to any verification requirements and the processing timelines of your payment provider.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

sh8888 is a PKR-native platform. All account balances, bet values, and winnings are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. sh8888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

5Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

In the event of a bet cancellation by sh8888, the stake will be refunded to your PKR balance in full.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or server outage that results in a game or betting session being interrupted, sh8888 will use commercially reasonable efforts to settle affected bets fairly based on the state of play at the time of the interruption. sh8888 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including failures in Pakistani mobile network infrastructure.

7Prohibited Activities

• Registering as a player while under 18 years of age or allowing an underage person to use your sh8888 account;

sh8888's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by that player into their sh8888 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Suspension and Termination

sh8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Suspected use of automated tools or unfair betting strategies;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the player's or sh8888's financial interests;
• Any other circumstances in which sh8888 determines, in its sole discretion, that account closure is appropriate.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, sh8888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within sh8888's standard processing period.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of sh8888, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. sh8888 makes no representation that the content of this platform is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction from which it is accessed.
